INVESTOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT & CERTIFICATE OF INVESTMENT

MCSPronto.com is a streaming-platform business operating as a Michael Coleman Studios Network Company. An individual who completes an approved investment transaction with MCSPronto.com will receive a Certificate of Investment identifying the investor, the amount invested, the date of investment, and the applicable certificate or transaction number.

INVESTMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Upon acceptance and receipt of an investor's funds in accordance with the applicable investment documents, MCSPronto.com will provide the investor with written confirmation of the investment and issue a Certificate of Investment.

The Certificate of Investment serves as an official company acknowledgment that the investment amount identified on the certificate has been received and recorded by MCSPronto.com, subject to the terms and conditions of the governing investment agreement.

The certificate may include:

• Investor's legal name

• Amount invested

• Date of investment

• Certificate number

• Transaction/reference number

• Applicable investment class or participation type

• Authorized company representative

• Applicable terms governing the investor's rights

INVESTOR SECURITY & TRANSPARENCY

MCSPronto.com is committed to conducting its investor relationships with professionalism, transparency, accurate recordkeeping, and responsible business practices.

The company intends to provide investors with material information concerning the investment opportunity that is required by applicable law and the governing offering documents. Investors will be given an opportunity to review the applicable investment agreement and offering materials before completing an investment transaction.

No investor should rely solely upon this certificate, promotional materials, verbal representations, or statements made by any individual when deciding whether to invest. Investors should carefully review all applicable offering documents, financial information, risk disclosures, and contractual terms and should consult their own attorney, accountant, financial adviser, or other professional adviser before investing.

COMPANY REPRESENTATION

MCSPronto.com represents that investor funds will be accepted and recorded in accordance with the company's applicable investment procedures and governing documents.

The company will maintain appropriate records identifying investments received and the corresponding investor information. Where applicable, the company will provide investors with documentation concerning the nature of their investment, the rights associated with the investment, applicable restrictions, and the manner in which any distributions, participation, ownership interests, or other benefits are determined.

IMPORTANT INVESTMENT DISCLOSURE

An investment in a privately held or developing business involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the invested capital. An investment is not guaranteed to increase in value, and no particular return, profit, distribution, or repayment should be represented as guaranteed unless expressly provided for and legally enforceable under the governing documents.

3. The investor has had an opportunity to ask questions concerning the investment.

4. The investor has been encouraged to obtain independent professional advice.

5. The investor understands that the Certificate of Investment documents the investment transaction but does not independently create investment rights.

6. The investor understands that future returns, distributions, appreciation, or other financial benefits are subject to the terms of the applicable investment agreement and the performance of the underlying business.

7. The investor confirms that the information supplied to MCSPronto.com in connection with the investment is accurate and complete.

All investors will receive a certificate of Investment via email within 7 Days of Funds Received for your Investment. 14 Days later you will receive your official physical certificate of investment sent to you in the mail by U.S. Postal Service. 

 

1. All investors will receive a certificate of investment like the certificate image below.

2. Investors who invest up to $10,000 will receive this official certificate below in metallic silver.

3. Investors who invest $10,000 to $25,000 will receive this official certificate below inside a booklet for safe keeping with a MCSPronto.com Pen included. 

4. $25,000 or more will receive an official Metallic Gold Plaque with your name and investment amount engraved into your plaque with Pen included.
